Kadiant

Re-Brand : Interior, Visual Identity

Kadiant is a national network of clinics specializing in providing care and critical services to children, adolescents, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum - with special consideration to the younger demographic. I worked closely with their clinicians, researchers, and board members to re-envision their clinics and brand to be more youthful, and unlike any other frequently sterile clinical environment in the country.

Interior Design. I thought it critical to blend 2D visuals with more tangible 3D experiences to give those on the spectrum a more well-rounded understanding of everyday activities, which can often be challenging for those with ASP. On a budget, instead of building out expensive sets of full spaces, I opted to hand-draw 2D decals instead, with 3D pieces specifically curated for interaction.

Since there are many clinics across the country, the highly customizable decal motif can display some of the most recognizable neighborhood features to further capture some of the outside world inside.

Signage was an important part of unifying the Kadiant brand, so I focused on using similar decal treatments alongside brand colors in a way that didn’t dilute the Kadiant logo.
